- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When it was just Dr. Ness I would've given this place a 5 star, hands down. Now that they've gotten additional dentists as well I've noticed their service has declined IMMENSELY. The workers are all friendly, but it seems everyone I talk to who has gone here for years is going back again and again for cavity fillings falling out/disappearing that were filled 2 years previously. Aren't fillings supposed to last for 12 years or so? ...Still love the original Dr. Ness, though.September 28, 2017by MN Girl
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My visit today was for my regular six month check up. I thought I was very well taken care of. My dental hygienist explained everything she was going to be doing. Very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I like being able to see my x-rays on the computer to see how my teeth are doing and anything that doesn't look right. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A great(5 star) experience. I was greeted upon entering the office by a smiling receptionist. I waited less than 5 minutes to be called back. My experience prepping for and receiving a crown was 5 star! The hygienists and Doctor explained what was happening, They were friendly, cheerful and it was apparent that they enjoy their jobs. I was offered headphones and music, the procedure went smoothly and gently and I left with a new crown, a 6 month check and an appointment set for 6 month from now. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When we moved to the area, we selected Dassel Dental. Ever since the start, they've been thourough, friendly, personal, and professional. I walk in feeling like a friend instead of another patient. They do great work and are very caring as far as comfort. Our 3 boys are happy with them and are confident with their care.
